There is one week left in the TANTOJA
walking challenge. A total of 66 employees have made it to Jackson and as a
clinic we have walked 29,899 miles! All employees that make it to Jackson will
be entered into a drawing for amazing prizes. The drawing winners will be
announced and contacted Thursday, September 10th. All miles need to
be reported no later than Wednesday, September 9th at 5:00 pm. It is
not too late to report miles from past weeks.

Tip of the Week: Exercising at a particular heart rate enables you to gauge the
difficulty of your workout. You can check your heart rate by manually checking
your pulse or by purchasing and using a simple heart rate monitor. Most recommendations
suggest starting out at 70% to 75% of your maximum heart rate.
