TANTOJA: Week 15 Update (August 31, 2015 - September 6, 2015)

A total of 68 employees made it to Jackson. As a clinic we walked a total of 30,238.85 miles. That is AMAZING!

TANTOJA: Week 14 Update (August 24, 2015 - August 30, 2015)

There is one week left in the TANTOJA walking challenge. A total of 66 employees have made it to Jackson and as a clinic we have walked 29,899 miles! All employees that make it to Jackson will be entered into a drawing for amazing prizes. The drawing winners will be announced and contacted Thursday, September 10^th. All miles need to be reported no later than Wednesday, September 9^th at 5:00 pm. It is not too late to report miles from past weeks.

 

Walking Tip of the Week: Exercising at a particular heart rate enables you to gauge the difficulty of your workout. You can check your heart rate by manually checking your pulse or by purchasing and using a simple heart rate monitor. Most recommendations suggest starting out at 70% to 75% of your maximum heart rate.
