the TANTOJA Walking Wellness Challenge. As a clinic we have walked a total of

Walking Tip of the Week:
Walking on an incline and adding intervals to your walk are effective
ways to burn calories. Add in 30 -60 second intervals of inclined walking every
5 to 10 minutes. If you’re walking outside and can’t control your incline,
try stopping every few minutes and doing 10-15 squats or lunges. Working out
in intervals will help your body continue to burn calories post workout.

your distance walked for the week (Monday – Sunday) each Monday to Jill in HR
